(Dégusté avec french tickler) Biere rouge-orangé avec un collet gener. Odeur d’alcohol, oranges, fruits des champs et une légere senteur sucré. Saveur riche en alcohol, toffe et licorisse. Une bonne biere agréable en bouche.

Jul 1, 2008 Pour is a deep dark red with a large tan head. Aroma is nice with some caramel malts and a nice dark fruit. Flavor is a little bland with some roasted malts and creamy sweetness. Alcohol is noticable. Not the best dubble by a long shot.

Jun 28, 2008 On tap at Flying Saucer in Ft. Worth. The glass seems a bit contaminated with smoke, but I get a bit of winey smell of plum. Smooth and malty wiith sweet yeastyness. I need a bottle at home for proper appreciation. It’s delicious.

Jun 28, 2008 Light brown coloured beer with medium carbonation and medium off white head. Malty fruity aroma. Bitter full palate. Bitter ending sweetening off (coffee tase).
