COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eine bernsteinfarbene, untergärige Bierspezialität, mit einer milden, malzigen Note. Mit speziellem Caramel – Malz gebraut, kommt es nach rund vierzig – tägiger Lagerzeit zum Ausschank. Das mit Abstand am meistgetrunkene Hausbier. Der Klassiker.

500 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a copper colour with a small head. Aroma of bread, raisins, citrus and some berries. Flavour of toasted malts, bread, dried fruitiness and grassy bitterness. Some honey. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. Good drinkability.

Pours clear copper color with a small head. Very bready aroma and flavor, some caramel malts. Nuts on the flavor, some dried fruits and caramel also. Dry malty palate, short finish. Easy to drink with a decent taste.

0,5l bottle. Amber color, thick and stable white head. Very fresh aroma of malt, some grassy notes. Taste starts a bit sweet, full of malt, caramel and bread notes. Decent buttery and citral notes complete this well-balanced brew. Very refreshing!

50 cl swing top bottle from the brewery (had this on tap @ the brewery as well, some 6 years ago). Label says Vollbier Halbdunkel (medium dark). Color is golden to amber. Almost white, rocky head that leaves some lace. Aroma’s are grainy, , some fruit, some malty sweetness. Flavor is almost neutral, lightly malty sweet, bit grainy. Light bodied. Finishes with a light hopnote. Very clean tasting.

Bottle 50cl. Copper coloured brew with off-white foam. Malty mouthfeel without being too sweet. Balanced, easy to sip, a drinking beer with friends!

Bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty and slightly grainy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty grainy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.
