Ungstrup (11683), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 9, 2004 A golden beer with a huge though collapsing white head. The aroma is sour from corn. The flavor is slightly sweet but on a sour background as if there is not enough sugar in it - if I blind testet it I’d take for a low alcohol beer. There is notes of hay and corn in the flavor. Papsoe (11030), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 10, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Golden beer with a fine head. Nice hoppy aroma with some decent flavours of malt. If ih has to be a Danish pilsener this is as good as any - especially considering the price. 170400 omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 3, 2002 The Danish seem to master the art of selling sweetish cheap adjunct lager. This is by no means the worst, but it still come close to the line between ’drink up’ and ’throw away’. yespr (7777), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 12, 2007 33 cL can. Pours clear yellow with an extremely fast disappearing white head leaving no lacing at all. Sweet corn aroma. Starts sweet corn, slight fizzy, going into a bitter finish - nothing more. Bland. oh6gdx (6459), Vaasa, Finland Oct 12, 2007 Bottled (thanks faroeviking!). Yellow colour, mediumsized white bubbly head. Aroma is hops, malts, some saltwater and vegetables. Flavour is quite much the same.
