May 2, 2005 A light caramel colored beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma contains notes of caramel, fruit especially citrus though on a slight sour background caused by the use of glucose-sirup. The flavor is alcoholic with notes of straw, caramel and brew-mash and even hints of plastic on a sour background.

Dec 1, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Comes as "Maribo 24-12 Julebryg". Beautiful, clear amber with a creamy, white head. Very dry and hoppy with some outspoken caramelish notes. Quite a decent, cheap Christmas beer. 271105

Dec 25, 2007 33 cL bottle, huge thanks to faroeviking for this, label says Julebryg 24-12 but not Slots. Pours clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma is caramel malty with a little sweetness. Flavour is sweet malty, very soft and with a little metallic note. Finish is more of malty flavours, slight dry and metallic, no real bitterness, light spice note.
