Clear medium red brown color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dusty, brown sugar. A deep red beer with a nice brown head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of berries and nuts. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and light notes of berries, leading to a dry end. The body is thin inspite of the 5.8% ABV.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep brown with a deep amber glare and a diminished tan head. Smooth chocolate and light caramel malty aroma. Light metallic and roasted malty flavoured. Shows a mild spice note and light acidic roasted touch. Roasted and acidic finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very dark, almost black with a reddish hue and a handsome, tall head. Full-bodied and dry with a malty, lightly burned touch. This almost resembles a dry, Scotch Ale. Heck, they make nice Christmas beers in Sweden. 210302

Bottled. Ruby/amber coloured (kind of inbetween), small beige head. Weak caramellish malts in aroma. Flavour is roasted sweet malts with dark chocolateish hints. Roast, malts and hops in aftertaste. Reminds of Spendrups julbrygd.
