Marietta Pale Ale

On tap. Pours golden color with a thin off white head. Aroma is light citrus, caramle malts. Flavor is the same. Palate is medium-light body, medium carbonation, finished slightly bitter. OK.

From a sampler at the brew pub. This was actually the best beer I had there. Thin a fizzy, with an actual head. While the aroma is a bit weak, there are some hops in here. Not an IPA, by any stretch. But, more than I expected. Medium body and finishes quick.

Sample at the brewpub. Medium copper, bit cloudy...light fruity, Cascade-infused nose. Flavor cherry-sweet, changing to very hoppy, dry and quite bitter towards the end, light whiskeyish notes.
