22 oz bottle. A gusher. After agitating the yeast sediment at the bottom and letting it breath a bit, this one poured a cloudy yellow brown color. Head was thick and white with decent retention. Aroma was of citrus fruits and yeasty bread dough. Dry and slightly bitter with a wheaty, yeasty flavor. So so at best.

The Dan Journal #128. Thanks Keir! Tasted 11/8/07. 22oz bomber. Hazy and sedimented with a golden hue. Bubbled ring of white head. Honey and caramel aromas. Touch bubble gum. Sweet smooth and tingling. Perfect temp for a hefe. Honey flavors. So smooth. Really had a fine time swiggin on this!

Bottled. A light golden beer with sediment floating around under a huge bubbly light orange head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of banana and oranges. The flavor is sweet wheaty again with notes of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin - and considering the 7.5% ABV, I’d say watery.

Cloudy yellow colour with a large foamy white head. Wheaty sweet aroma with a citric and fruity note. Sweet fruity flavor with a light citric and yeasty note.

Hazy yellow, moderate head with solid lacing and retention. Aroma is very enticing with big banana and gum notes, some fruity notes. Somewhat sweet with a medium body and some alcohol in the finish. Flavor is not as good as aroma. Still enjoyable, but the alcohol doesn’t seem necessary.

Bomber from Bottle Barn; Nose of banana esters (like a banana shake), with some caramel and yeast; cloudy yellow gold with a small pale yellow head; flavor has a bit of hop bitterness contrasting with sweet bananas and peppery spices. I like it!

Cloudy yellow pour with an out-of-control white head. Nice aroma of wheat, banana, bubblegum, and lemon. Fizzy and thin mouthfeel. Wheat and metal up front, then the imbalanced sweetness of bubblegum, clove, and yeast. Marin could have done much better.

Bomber poured a cloudy golden yellow with a large lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, citrus and a hint of banana. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat and citrus with a crisp clean finish.
