This draft brew from the brew pub poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy uncarbonated yellow colored body. The aroma was malty and banana. . The flavor contained notes of malt hops and banana. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

Monstrous cappuccino-like head...slightly hazy bright yellow color. Sweet and slightly sour citrus aroma (oranges, lemons), a bit of wheat and yeast. Flavors were very citrusy, some wheat, yeast, some slight spiciness. Pretty heavily carbonated, medium-bodied. Not bad.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 marchcow (664) - Coralville, Iowa, USA - JUL 4, 2007
22 oz bottle. Giant bubbly white head filled up the whole glass. Lemon citrus aroma. Light golden yellow color. Flavor is lightly salty, lightly bitter, wheat. Some citrus accents. Fairly rich palate for a wheat beer. Dryish finish, light bitter duration. Becomes drier the more you drink and starts to loose some of the initial flavor.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 hayduke (2445) - Eureka, California, USA - JUN 1, 2007
UPDATED: JUN 3, 2007 From a 22 oz bottle this poured a very cloudy pale yellow with a huge white head. Lots of yeast in the bottom of the bottle. Nose was banana with lemon and a yeasty flavor. Mouthfeel was fizzy and it seemed highly carbonated. Dry finish with a touch of hops. Tastes like a little like a German Hefe but mostly an American Wheat.

In the bomber bottle from Cyclone Liquors. Pours explosively. Perhaps this should have been kept chilled by the retailer? Massive exploding beer. Huge bright white head atop a pale yellow beer that turns baby poop gold upon mixing the yeast cake into the pour. Outrageous banana aroma that confuses any other smell. Huge lemon flavor that slips into a giant wave of banana sweetness fairly quickly. Remarkable beer. takes forever to pour, but well worth it.

Aromas of yeast, wheat, clove? and some pine/resin hop. Translucent gold color with a decent white head. A bit thin, starts with spice, sour and moves to wheat. Not a lot of hop, so the finish is more wheat with a hint of spice. It’s a dry, slightly puckery finish. Not so much Hefe as the label subtitle: American Style Wheat Ale. Good to drink.

A nice sweet wheat aroma. Cloudy and yellow with a one inch head that does not go away. Lots of visible bubbles. Flavor is wheat with a very faint clove flavor as well. Beer is medium bodied and very carbonted. A refreshing American wheat beer.

Purchased this beer prior to a trip to tahoe and we forgot about it and let it sit in the fridge for two weeks. Great decision as they label the beer as a live beer! When we opened it two weeks later it was probably one of the best beers we had ever had. Tons of flavor and aroma and just an all around great beer.
