COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A strong ale which has a deep amber color. The bouquet and aroma is full and fruity, with a smooth, round and vinous taste.

Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, roasted, toffee notes, mustard notes ! Flavor is light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110409]

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2004 Bottled, thanks marbles! Dark ruby, flat. Chocolatey and buttery nose. Very full bodied. The mouthfeel is bold and clumsy. Sweet, yet salty, raw and grainy. There’s loads of alcohol, and also loads of other flavour, but all is in a mess that I can’t sort out.
