Hazy deep golden pour with leanings toward peach/apricot juice. A firmly planted white head forms, very slowly fading away, looks like soft cotton. The aroma is really enthralling, straight, up, grade-a pure and fresh peach juice. No hint of alcohol. Very light yeast notes and a whisper of grain compose about five percent of the nose, the rest is just peach. not very beer-like in any typical sense, but if peaches were the goal, Marin has succeeded marvelously. The flavor is, as expected, not nearly as enticing as the aroma. Peaches still remain the focal point and are now joined by dusty yeast that’s grows expansive with each sip. Light grainy malts cut some of the sweetness from what was probably a cloyingly high level down to something negotiable, medium-high. Acidity is mild, bitterness low and astringency low-mild. A gummy note washes in during a semi-sweet finish that is short-lived and quite chalky. The mouthfeel is bristling with tiny compacted bubbles, light-medium bodied and slightly sticky and chalky/dusty. A fun beer in need of some fine-tuning in the flavor department.

Pours a cloudy gold orange with a medium, frothy white head. Well, it certainly is monster peach aroma, really dont get much else, but I guess that is the point with a fruit beer. As I love peaches, I really dug the smell. The taste seemed a little thin on the palate, but the peach definitely is the dominant flavor. Sweet citrus flavors are abound frm start to finish. The aftertaste is also sweet with maybe the slightest little spice in there too. Maybe a little lacking in the palate region as I thought it could be thicker, but other than that, it was a fine fruit beer.

22 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with dirty_martini. I just grilled some burgers for lunch today and thought this would go nicely as I’ve been working on my bathroom renovation all morning and needed something refreshing. Pours a hazy gold with just a blush of orange with a white head that quickly faded to a thin film. Very nice aroma of fresh peaches. Thankfully, the peach is not as overpowering in the flavor, and is balanced nicely with some light hops at the finish. Not a complicated beer, and not meant to be. Good stuff !

22 oz bottle. Poured a clear light orange-yellow color. The thin white head reduced quickly to a thin film. Very aromatic, the distinct peach yogurt aroma was detectable as the beer poured into the glass. Delicately sweet on the tongue with peach yogurt flavor. There was a hint of lingering fruity acidity at the end. Not a bad fruit beer. The fruit flavor is strong, but there is no cloying sweetness. Better than I had expected.

Bomber poured a clear yellow with a minimaloff white head. Aromas of peach, light carmel and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of peach and bread with a crisp dry peach finish.

The aroma is white peach. Almost ripe nectarine. Hazy gold color with a white head that heads towards film, but halts with something a bit more. Foamy carbonation that doesn’t have much bite. Might be a bit thin bodied, but the foam turns it into creamy, almost medium feel. The overwhelming aspect is the peach, but it has a slight sour (or tart) component, like a nectarine or slightly green white peach. There is a very slight sweetness, perhaps coming from wheat malt, but it’s the peach that’s the point. The finish is dry, near astringent, and puckerish. Kind of like sucking on a peach pit. Heck of a fruit beer. Finishes much like an ale, and, after all, it should since this is at least unpasteurized, if not real. Unexpectedly pleasing.

(Bottle) Pours a murky golden body with a small white head. Powerful peach aroma. Flavor of what else but...peaches... with a nice carbonation in the mouthfeel.

this is one of those beers that isnt going to be rated highly because its rather simple and is really a one trick pony. that said, this is a perfect lawnmower beer. lightly colored, highly carbonated, with an aroma of peaches and flavor to match. a great summer beer when you arent looking to rate a beer, but you are looking to quench a thirst.

Pours with an almost brilliantly clear, pale gold color. It is topped by a frothy, initially two-finger thick, off white colored head that dissipates fairly quick. The aroma is quite fruity, and I would actually say that it smells quite a bit like apricot, though the aromas are quite similar to peach. This is just about the only aroma noticeable in this beer as any other notes are drowned out by the fruit notes.

The taste is quite dry up front and even has a touch of tartness to it. Up front the beer has a touch of fruity acidity, but it is not until the finish were the strong apricot / peach flavors become quite noticeable. The fruit flavors seem to add a touch of perceived sweetness in the finish despite that this beer is fairly dry overall. Very light and refreshing, this is definitely a hot weather beer for when you are in the mood for something quenching. This beer actually gets fairly tart as my palate gets used to it, this actually tends to lessen the impact of the apricot / peach flavor in the finish for some reason too. Actually I think it is because the beer has lost that hint of sweetness that it had initially. This beer is quite simplistic and even almost one-dimensional. For some reason I have a soft spot for apricot flavored beers and I even find this enjoyable.

If this didn’t smell so incredible, I wouldn’t have rated the flavor as low as I did. It smelled amazing and I really wanted the taste to match that aroma. No dice. While refreshing and pleasantly peachy, it just lacked any slight peach tartness that I was really craving for. So close...
