COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
3 Flowers IPA is a straw colored Rye IPA. The three flowers referred to are Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops, which are cast into the brew liberally, and contribute a lovely citrusy, floral aroma and a firm yet balancing bitterness. Malted rye and flaked rye, gently added to the grist of this refreshing brew, bestow an engaging dry spiciness and luscious mouth feel upon the imbiber. Please feel free to have another.

Pours a pale yellow with almost no head, collar, or lacing. Aroma is very muted malt and some piney hops. Taste is light malt sweetness with the bitter piney hops up front. Light body and good carbonation though.

10 karat pour with a small soapy head as white as ivory. Bitter grapefruit pith and bright orange peel are accompanied by spicy rye and leafy evergreen. Not aggressive and, in fact, fairly clean and drinkable. Simple but solid.

Bomber from the brewpub. Pour champagne bubbly gold with a slight creamy white head. It’s forest flowers, rye spice and mild caramel for aroma. Med body at least. Flavor is floral and rye spice with enough caramel to support a rather large amount of hop. Hop burn builds. Not NW harsh, but very hoppy and pretty bitter. Like rye. A lot.

Bottle from Blackwells. Orange and cloudy. Had this after some crazy good beers. Not a rye IPA fan. Easy drinking but something about it seems a bit off. Just ok

Bottle. A light golden color with a white head. A bright but understated hoppy pine and citrus (orange) aroma that has a nice finish. This is a bright and enjoyable IPA.

On tap at City Beer, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of flowers / floral hops, with a subtle touch of rye. Flavour brings out the best of rye and floral hops, probably more pronounced towards the rye in end of the palate. Very well-rounded with a very thin malt backing. Great stuff.

Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with dissipating white head. Aroma is nice piney hops with a good spicy rye back end. Taste follows, a hint more of bready malt. Nice balance, easy to drink, subtle carbonation.

22oz bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Citrus, tropical notes, floral hops, moderate bitterness. I really enjoyed this one. Very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at GABF 2013, light citrus hops aroma and taste, lacks a punch from the hops.
