Finom kis alap cseh pilseni.

Tap at brewpub. They told me that beer is too young. Hazy golden yellow color with medium persistent head. Aroma of yeast, diacetyl, malt. Taste, sweet malt, yeast, diacetyl, lemon. Little bit not hoppy harsh bitterness in finish. Beer needs some days to be good.

Tap:Hazy, deep golden with an orangey sheen, firm creamy white head, moderately spicy Saazy nose, supported by pale malt plus a faint bready touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft and light to medium bodied; lingering spicy hoppy finish with hops sticking to the palate. Very nice Bohemian Pils…

(Draught at Marina Holesovice, Prague, 19 July) Hazy golden colour with dense, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grain, grass and fresh malt aromas. Malty taste with bread, grain, peaches, grass and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.
