Keg at the brewpub, Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Haxzed bright golden coloured pour with a fleeting white head. Aroma is nice mix of grainy cereal, yeast and substantial spicy noble hop character. Flavour is composed of straw, spicy hop, earthy grainy malts. Touch of metalic in the finish. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation, nice crisp dry finish. Very tasty, good substantial hop character.

Draught at the brewpub. Full golden body, white head. Ok hoppy (grassy can be a descriptor, yeah) aroma, slightly grainy. Lean, thin body, only a vague hint of that same hoppiness emerges. It’s drinkable, yeah, very drinkable, but clearly not aiming for the starts, but for the "easy drinking" crowd.

Note: Rating from memory, notes on stolen/lost mobile, will update if found.

Tap at brewpub. They told me that beer is too young. Hazy golden yellow color with medium persistent head. Aroma of yeast, diacetyl, malt. Taste, sweet malt, yeast, diacetyl. Little bit not hoppy harsh bitterness in finish. Beer needs some days to be good.

(Draught at Marina Holesovice, Prague, 19 July) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of grain, bread, grass and hints of citrus. Malty taste with bread, grainy malt, grass and a fresh bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Well balanced and quite tasty. Nice one.
