Draft @ Uber. Amber with an off white head. Aroma is a light fruit hoppiness, apricot, honey, malt. Taste is also a fruity hoppiness, light alcohol, and smooth bitterness.

Sep 2, 2008 Cask @ Brouwers. Hazy amber with a tight head. Fresh aroma is malt grist and piney hops. Smooth medium body. Great taste is grainy and mildly sweet malts with sweet floral hops mixing nicely. Tough to beat a cask iipa.

Aug 14, 2008 On tap. Pours a nice, slightly hazy amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is a bit piney and citrus with an influence of hops. Great flavor with a nice balance of hops and malt. I really like pale ales, and this is a great one. I’d like to pair this brew with crispy fried chicken, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy and a mixed green salad.

Aroma: dry crystal malt aroma with floral and earthy hops,
Flavor: sweet crystal malt flavor, lots of bready character, earthy and floral hops plus a touch of citrus, sweet butterscotch,
Overall: the butterscotch gives it an English IPA character, but too many hops makes it American

Jul 10, 2008 What a nice surprise to get this as an extra in a trade. Pours slightly clody golden with a large head. Aroma is hops of the piney cascade variety. Nice and smooth brew I actually think this IPA is almost on the same level as the highest rated 2IPAs. Maybe I’m just a fan of the cascade hops.
