Aroma is sweet light malt. Taste is sweet light malt, secondary light/grassy/lemon hops, a slight metallic, smooth. OK effervescence. Skyview (2850), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jun 24, 2008 On draught at the Jolly Roger brewery/taproom grill in suburban Seattle, WA. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a fast dissolving white head that started large and then that leaves behind a thin film and white ring with some spotty lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, citrus zest, with a touch of mild yeast. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of golden grain malt, some lemon zest, and a touch of Ivory soap. Finish is mildly bitter with some citrus zest and a pale ale hop aftertaste.
