Aug 6, 2007 Golden colour. Rich saaz nose, with hints of pale malts. The flavour is thin on the malts, but yet they impact the mouthfeel a bit anyway. Hop bitterness is moderate. It lacks the voluptuous tang of the best Czechs but its a solid, refreshing American example.

Jul 26, 2004 (draft) Sparkling straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, dough, caramel, light grassy. Taste is moderately sweet, dough/cereal, light grassy, caramel. Light-medium body, some crispness.

Jun 24, 2004 Tap@The Jolly Roger. Grainy and thin, some saaz, but this was pretty typical of microbrewed lagers in the NW, pretty tame, and not much happening. Maybe i missed something as others have rated it much higher, but i didn’t see much in this one.

Jul 6, 2004 Straw yellow with tons of lacing & white head. The aroma is watery, bland. The flavor has some citrus & 2-row. Watery, bland, flavorless, not thought provoking.
