Orangish pour with white head and lace. Medium caramel malt with some citrus. Flavor much like the aroma. Just lacking in the sweet malt and hop bitter I was hoping for. A tad thin and watery as well.

Tap. Pours clear gold with a slight haze and a trace of off-white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is bread malt, grassy and floral hops, straw, and light spice. Flavor is average sweet malt, heavy grassy hops, and light fruit esters; dry finish. Medium body, carbonation, and warmth.

@Stoudts Invitational–hand pump-pours a tan head and hazy gold color. Aroma is herbal/resin, secondary medium malt. Taste is nice/easy herbal/resin, secondary medium malt.

Draught at Market Cross: Aroma of fruit, hops, citrus, light tropical fruit, and some caramel malts. Poured yellow/amber in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is light to medium sweet and slightly bitter. Tastes of hops, light citrus, light tropical fruit, sugar, and caramel malts. Medium body. Smooth, oily, slightly sticky texture. Soft carbonation. Sweet, hoppy, sugary finish is lightly sticky.

On tap at the brewpub June 2008: Pours a transparent copper bronze with a stringy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty caramel malt with a touch of grapefruity hops. Body starts fairly full and toasty malty sweet with some caramel and toffee notes and a crisp balance of resiny bittering hops. A pretty decent and very drinkable IPA.

Pours a hazy orange color with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is a hint tropical, citrusy. Not an aggressive hop profile, grapefruit flavor, needs a touch more malt. Average.

Growler. Poured hazy copper in color with a small white frothy head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, lemongrass and gerneally sweet. Taste was of citrus hops, lemongrass and honey sweetness. Pretty thin body.

Poured a clear amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, pine, floral hops, and citrus fruits. Taste of sweet toffee, pine, some caramel, grass, and muted citrus fruits. Somewhat thin, and older tasting.

Sampled from Growler thanks to Miver. Poured a medium and lightly hazy golden color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, floral hops, and grassy. Tastes of the same. Thinner.
