Tap. Notes of doughy, toasted caramel, nuts, fruit cake. A tad vegetal. Okay.

Sample at the brewpub on 3/24/12. Clear amber pour with a thin white head. Malty and caramelly nose with notes of fruit along with light, crisp hops. Slightly caramelly and bready malt flavor with crisp grassy hops in the finish.

Draft sample at brewpub. Poured clear amber color with an average creamy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt and floral hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish that was moderate in duration. This is a solid beer for style.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear pale amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes slowly. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel and roasted malt, plus a touch of hops. Medium body with a sweet malty character that has notes of caramel and hops. The finish is sweet with a toasted malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
