COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 10 lbs. per barrel of freshly picked Centennial hops from Yakima, along with some CTZ pellets for additional bitterness. If you trust the numbers, we’ve got 185 IBU in there.

Tap sample at CBW 2011. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex earthy hop aroma. Moderate to heavy bitter flavor with a moderate to heavy bitter finish of medium to long duration. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Very good brew.
