Sample at the brewpub on 8/29/11. Hazy amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma of dank malt, grass, and earthy hops. Malty and grassy hop flavor with a bit of citrus before an earthy hop finish.

Draft sample. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate balanced aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind as a session beer.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear orange-copper color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, malt and a touch of pine. The finish is moderately bitter hops with a lingering grapefruit aftertaste. Above average overall.
