COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A style of beer known as "pale ale" that was originally brewed at Burton-on-Trent, where the hard water lent the the beer dryness. Golden color, medium body and aggressively hopped for bitterness and aroma, this beer is a favorite in London.

Is Market Street still around? This is total memory from my Gainesville days: a decent little APA that never struck me as great, but ok to drink.

Warm golden with slight haze and a tight white head. Perfumy aroma with mild floral hops. Medium carbonation. Flavors surreal, hard to pin down. Fruity sourness, very thin. This and the other brew made here taste like they are made with extract.

Hazy amber. Fruity, somewhat fuselly aroma. Crisp, fruity character. Again, the malt extract really shows through with that gasoline note. Decent and sessionable brew.

Hazy golden hue, unfiltered ale, no head or lace. Hoppy and spicy nose with hints of floral resin, clove, grain, orange, toasted malt and yeast. Taste starts bitter but then a good malt balance comes through, better balance than the IPA. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Thin to medium-bodied, very so slighty chewy and fizzy mouthfeel. Slight metallic feel. Nice version of an APA, the lack of filtering added something to this beer that the other two I had at the Market Street Pub didn't have. Very enjoyable, I'll have another.
