Bottle at home, from M&S Cardinal Place, 13/01/14. Opaque cherry red with a thin crimson head that clears to edgeing and spotting. Nose is cherry drops, sugars, sweet berry fruit juices. Taste comprises sweet cherry syrup, sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweet closure. Overly sweet, cherries for sure, just couldn’t drink more than a few sips and having rated it the remainder went down the drain - not bad per say just too sweet and lacking any other qualities.

Poured deep reddish brown with a frothy pink head. Aroma of zesty cherry candy, sweet and sickly. Medium, moderately carbonated body, flavour as the aroma, bubblegum and artificial sweetness.

Holy crap this is sweet. Not sweet in a Cartman sense but in a tongue sense. Sweet yes. So. Cherry and sweet. Elephant. Oh, and really bright pink. Really bright!

Bottle on the train home. Bready malt aroma with fresh black cherry. Some tart cherry crisp flavour high carb. Some artificial sweetness. Pretty good.

kerolasa (409) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 30, 2013
Deep red color, fluffy head. Smells cherries. Taste is over the top sweet, which somehow had artificial clang, e.g., plain sugar. Usual sourness of lambic is missing, pity. Minding these faults this is roughly ok beer, but nothing more. The only reason to have the belgian cherry is that there ain’t much similar beers in supermarkets at London.

Unsurprisingly perhaps this is purple and smells of cherry. Tastes of cherry with a little savoury note. Quite tart. OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy purple beer with a small frothy head. The aroma is distinctly cherry, but even more so in flavour, which has a sour fruity aftertaste.

Bottle from M&S. Pinkish dark red. Residual head. Aroma is of cherry drops. The taste is like sweet cherry tart, a little sour. It is carbonated on the palate. A decent fruit beer, middle of the road in quality.

330ml bottle from a M&S store in Leeds. Pink coloured head reduced to a few patches on the surface. Unclear, reddish-dark body. Smell of cherries and almond. Fresh and sweet cherry flavour. Alright as a king of refreshing cherry juice (Bodington Flats, 09.07.2012).
