Bottled, Regular;
The Cambridgeshire Golden Ale is brewed with a blend of English Challenger and American Mount Hood hops, balanced by East Anglian Maris Otter malt. Dry hopping before bottling gives a burst of flavour on the palate and a subtle bitterness that lingers beautifully.
Ingredients: water, barley malt (Maris Otter), wheat malt, hops (Challenger, Mount Hood), yeast, carbon dioxide.

Blonde-straw Ale, low crackling and foam. Fruity and floral aromas, a little sappy. The taste is pleasant, on cereals, dry with a subtil bitterness and floral notes. Perfumed and pleasant, really good local Ale.

50cl bottle. pale straw, ring of white head; moderate carbonation; complex aroma, citrus, vanilla and oak; soft grainy body with some grapefruit bitterness; and a reasonable length of finish with some dry biscuit and lingering vanilla. A lot better than I was expecting.

Bottle sample at my 5555th rating tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks zvikar. Clear golden. Aroma of bready malt, a bit of fruitiness and floral notes. Flavor has a bit of graininess, stale malt and a bitter finish, kinda husky. Light to medium-bodied.

Bottle 500 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 4.2% Pours a golden coloured beer, with a crystal clear body. Small white head with low retention, minimal lacing on the glass. Aroma is malty and sweet, with honey, pears,reminds me of gummy bears. Taste is malty, with grass, a bit of apples, sweet at first and just a bit bitter on the aftertaste. Medium thin body, very low carbonation, making it a bit watery. Mildly dry palate. Overall okay, a bit boring.

50cl Bottle from M&S A’dam. Clear pale golden colour, thin white head. Aroma of floral hops, almost soapy, like lavender or rosemary, honey, some sweet malts and sweet lemon. Flavour is much the same, nice floral hoppiness, soft sweet honey, subtle bitter finish. Light-bodied. Nice.
