Thin yellow colour with light carbonation. Light apple smell. Watery Palate. Medium Dry with a tart finish. Simple apple taste. Some chemical feel to the aftertaste. Although its a little watery its enjoyable and very drinkable A simple cheap cider well done.

Can, from M & S the smell is very apple, the body is a bit thin, taste is a full of apples and it is really nice to drink. quite enjoyable actually

Can from Marks and Spencer. Poured clear golden yellow with no head. Flavour and aroma is mostly apples with some spice. Very enjoyable.

Can. Rather average apple nose, pale gold color with lace. Bland, medium sweet flavor, apple, some spice. Just a touch of tartness. Drinkable and tasty, though not very interesting. Refreshing, not much else going on.

440ml can. Golden applejuice colour. Medium head. Light aroma of fermented apples. Taste is medium dry and the finish is pleasantly tart. A bit watery palate but this one is still much better than most of the oversweetened local ciders.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apple, sweet apple, artificial and chemical. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100219]

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2010 440ml can from M&S. That it has come to this? Buying 11 new rates from M&S in Liverpool just because they are cheap?? Yes, well there you go when you have unimaginative supermarket beer buyers. Clear gold, no head. Some boiled apple on the aroma. Some commercial cider flavour. It’s not horrid, but I am just so disappointed by this. It’s fine, not too sweet, some dryness, but it just doesn’t go anywhere. but fine. Re-rate its not that bad. Drinkable decent fruit flavour not to sweet. Fine

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet aroma with apples and phenol. Flavour likewise. Finished sweet.

Can. A light golden cider with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples - and not much more. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples as well as a bit of acid, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Can, 4.5%. Almost no aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. The flavour is very subtle. Watery flavour, tastes like cider with a lot of water. I wonder how they kept the ABV so high with so little flavour.
