Bottle. Clear golden body with a thin white head that quickly fades. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of earth, grass and musty citrus. Flavour of flat lemonade, lime and straw. Thin body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Is this really bottle conditioned? It’s thin and poured as clear as a bell. All in all, it’s a fairly bland Golden Ale.

Zapach z butelki: Kwiatowo-owocowy z nutką słodowości. Piana: Biała, drobno- i średniopęcherzykowa. Obfita, lecz średniotrwała, trochę oblepia szkło. Następnie redukuje się do warstwy ok. 5 mm. Kolor: Złote opalizujące. Zapach: Owocowo-kwiatowy. Gruszka, czerwone jabłko, świeże kwiaty. Pod tym słodowość. Następnie aromat kwiatowy ustępuje na rzecz żywicznego. Obecna delikatna nuta fenolowa - przyprawowa.

50cl bottle. Pours clear orange, with slightly tanned head. It reminded me of my hb ipa, where I used Saaz and Brewers Gold. Had them side by side, and a lot similarities were there. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Finish is fruity and slightly bitter. Smooth aftertaste without much sharp notes. When compared to IPA’s available around, price of the brew is a considerable bonus to Cornihs IPA. Will purchase again.

Bouteille. Marks&Spencer Paris (merci Dany). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
