Bottle from local M&S. Pours a nice amber with a liight white head. has a very light aroma of hops and a bit of cereal. taste is very light, slight bitterness coming through. Body is also very thin, watery almost. Finish is bitter but short. Basically not enough of anything here to make it worth recommending. The basis of a good beer but just that, a simple UK take on an American ale, without any of the attitude. im suprised it came out at 2.9 actually.

500ml bottle (M&S, Stansted Airport) (6+:3:6:3+:13=3.1++)
Pleasant citrussy bitter hoppy aroma. Pale orange, huge head. A bit mushroomy malty body. Some minerals in aroma. Fruity finish. Wateryish palate, but decent overall.

Bottle shared at home. Clear dark golden with fluffy white head. Soapy and floral with quite some sweet caramel malts. Also quite some herbs towards the finish. Medium sweet with slight roasted/herbal bitter finish. Medium bodied. Doesn’t really showcase the cascade hops very well, more a malt-forward brew.

Bottle. Clear golden colour, white not very lasting head. Aroma hops, citrus fruits, zesty, bit caramel malt, bit sour. Taste hops, caramel malt, light bitterness. I can taste some taste of iron in the background. Dry bitter aftertaste. Overall drinkable, but nothing special.

Bright clear gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Good minerally carbonation. Bready malts, not that sweet. Trace of esters. Hops bring mild marmalade and a trace of fresh peel. Light semi dry finish. More of a bitter than an IPA or APA.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is slightly spicy, somewhat floral, a hint of hay and a bit grainy. Flavor is slightly bitter, quite watery and some spices. Not that good.
