Cascade! Really! tastes more like fuggle to me. Considering this is a single hop beer, you would be forgiven for not knowing it had any cascade in it. That said it is a very drinkable tasty beer, but no cascade coming threw whatsoever.

Bottle from Marks & Spencer. Clear golden body with a thin white head. No bubbles. Light lacing. Aroma of hay, nettles and lemon cake. Light, floral flavour with hints of grapefruit, blood orange and soap. Quite sweet. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation. A decent, sessionable ale.

Bottle. Golden-amber, not much of a head. Very easy drinking texture with a hoppy fruitiness, although a slightly metallic nose.

Bottle: FOr A beer proclaiming cascade hops as its star attraction, this stuff is too much on the Fuggle hop side of the street. There is not the floral vibrant character I’d hope for. Peppery alcoholic hops. Boring caramel malts. Whatever son

Biscuit aroma with spicy floral hops. Pretty basic but a fine ale nonetheless. Very refreshing.

568ml bottle from Marks and Spencer in Earley. Golden ale. Getting a lot more malty toffee than I expected. Fuggley side of Cascade. Even a bit peppery.

Bottle - Orangey Gold in colour. Fruity; grapefruit and orange citrus. Hoppy; grassy and floral hops; subdued bitterness. Spicy. Malty; sweet malts, caramel. Mildly bitter fruity hops almost balanced by sweet malts. A rather subdued take on an APA. OK. Easy drinking.

568ml bottle. Bright amber with loose white head and medium carbonation; citrusy aroma; soft with a grapefruit taste, and a sometwhat chalky body; and some muddy fruitiness to finish. Pleasant stuff.

Bottled, 568ml from The M&S at Oxford Train Station, cheers Andy. Light, refreshing with grapefruit bitterness and a bittersweet pineapple note. Easy on the palate. Good stuff.

Bottle, from Marks & Spencer. Gold, thin short lived white head and low condition. Solid citrus, pine resin and floral hoppiness in the nose .Full and sweet in the mouth initially with some fruitiness but a developing hop bitterness quickly restores balance, with a solid citrus note and a pleasant chalkiness, there’s also a faintly barnyard character that adds to the complexity. Finish has a gentle but sustained bitterness with a peppery edge and a slight tangy citrus note.
