Cascade! Really! tastes more like fuggle to me. Considering this is a single hop beer, you would be forgiven for not knowing it had any cascade in it. That said it is a very drinkable tasty beer, but no cascade coming threw whatsoever.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Fruity
citric perfumy aroma with citric notes. Dry-sweet citric
grapefruit and gooseberry taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied.
Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry-sweet earthy papery aftertaste quickly
turns to very bitter grapefruit finish. Odd. It’s a very
English-tasting cascade, but not very nice, unfortunately.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle split at JF’s, thanks to JF, 23/08/13.
Golden copper coloured with a thin off white head that reduces to a pond.
Nose is toasted malt, citrus fruit, orange rind, grass, light hops and a metallic tang.
Taste comprises grass, light hop notes, orange pith, citric fruit.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation with a touch too much spritz in it, dry grassy finish.
So so - not enough hop presence or general depth of flavour for a 5% beer and most definately one that should be in th GB category !
