3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home, 500 ml, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 5%
Clear orange golden colour on the body, with a small white and froathy head, low retention for the most part, some insisting bubbles after most of it has collapsed. Light lacing on the glass.
Sweet aroma, fruity, melon, pear, a bit of citrus on the back.
Taste follows the aroma, with the addition of some malts, again very fruity, less melon now, nice refreshing touches of citrus. Light bitterness on the aftertaste.
Medium thin body with good carbonation, kind of oily palate.
Very good beer, aromati enough and very refreshing on this sunny day.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cool bottle on the train on the way back from Manchester. Vague aroma of citrus and honey. Golden body, white head. Tropical fruit, banana, citrus, but strange metallic medicinal notes where some juicy flavours would pull it together. Watery texture. Unbalanced.
