Bottle. Pours a warm golden, with decent and persistent white head. Clean hoppy aroma, with some cereal notes, and similarly crisp on the palate. Decent pilsner.

50cl bottle. Straw with a tight, fast fading, white head; grassy hop aroma with a touch of lemon sherbert; clean, crisp taste with smooth grainy malts; and a dry, lightly spiced bitterness to finish. A classic German pils.

From Fosse. Clean nose with hot lemon hand towel, peanut butter, sweetcorn and shrubby notes. Flavour clean and decent with light, Pledged pine notes, honey and bread stick, drying bitterness. Pale with a thin, falling head leaving wisps of lace. Good grassy hop with a hint of lemon. Some astringency at the back of the tongue. Like the Italian Lager, pretty good.

Bottle. Orange with a small head.Low carbonation and a medium body.Crispy and refreshing. An above average Pils to be consumed on a warm summers night.
