COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a citrus touch. This beer smells fruity.

Bottle from Leclerc, Montélimar
Hazy blond color; big head. Light aroma, spicy and lemony. Dry mouthfeel, light malt flavor, strangely there is a very light smoke touch; the final is not very bitter, but even longer than the Blonde, lightly spicy and dry. Not very good but drinkable.

bottle, kindly delivered by a friend. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head, quickly collapsing. Wheaty and fruity, light and refreshing. Pleasant hints of spices such as clove and coriander, shy hints of citrus.

Bottled. Extremely fast diminishing head. Lactic with a lot of paté showing up in the taste. A bad example of the style.

Bottled. A very, very hazy orange coloured beer with a short-lived off-white head. The aroma is yeasty and pretty spicy, but it’s in the flavour that the spiciness dominates. It is heavily carbonated and there is a yeastiness also. Not typically French style of Belgian Wit in that the citrus notes are not really there, but ooh that spice. Just too much.
