After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a thick dark blond color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a citrus touch. This beer smells fruity.

Bottle from Leclerc, Montélimar Hazy blond color; big head. Light aroma, spicy and lemony. Dry mouthfeel, light malt flavor, strangely there is a very light smoke touch; the final is not very bitter, but even longer than the Blonde, lightly spicy and dry. Not very good but drinkable.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 maeib (6645) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - MAR 23, 2007
Bottled. A very, very hazy orange coloured beer with a short-lived off-white head. The aroma is yeasty and pretty spicy, but it’s in the flavour that the spiciness dominates. It is heavily carbonated and there is a yeastiness also. Not typically French style of Belgian Wit in that the citrus notes are not really there, but ooh that spice. Just too much.
