Tap. Pours clear brown with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is caramel, cookie and toast malt, dates, and earthy hops. Flavor is malt forward with light hops and bitterness, fruity esters, spicy alcohol and a sweet finish. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation.

Draft. Pours clear brown with a red tint and thin off-white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is caramel malt, dark fruit, earthy notes, and light oak. Flavor is heavy sweet, caramel malt, light hops, and light dark fruit esters; dry finish. Medium body, carbonation, and warmth.
