3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. A decently hoppy aroma with a bit of grass clippings to it. Taste is pretty much similar. A crisp IPA taste, nothing fancy about it, just a run of the mill solid pale ale. The bite at the end is more subdued that a lot of other IPAs and it benefits from that. Overall a tasty beer. 6.5% alcohol.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Painted Horse in Bartlesville, OK. Served in a pint glass, aroma of strong citrus/earthy hops and caramel malt. Taste adds notes of grass, kind of rosary, slight nuttiness with earthy/piney hop bitterness. Medium body, low-moderate carbonation, dry, creamy with lingering bitterness. Kind of harsh with earthy bitterness, alright.

Not much aroma. Earthy if anything. Limited head. Watery initial mouth feel. Flavor starts peppery and moves to a bitterness that is slightly metallic. Some coffee notes. Nothing like a West Coast IPA, this is more Pale Ale, like the evil tasting twin to a delicious Mirror Pond from Deschutes. Tastes like something went wrong but they decided to keg it anyway. Can not recommend.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle split w/Travlr. Slightly hazy amber pour with a small head. Beef and Barley Campbell’s Soup aroma (serious). Some caramel and burnt brown sugar. Doesn’t smell super fresh. Taste is a bit more nimble. Crystal malt backbone. Some apricot and honey. Hot bitter finish. Not great.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at the bar at the Price Tower in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Looks and smells like an IPA. But it definitely doesn’t taste like a normal IPA. This is even more mild than Harpoon IPA. Still, while it doesn’t taste like an IPA, it’s nice and balanced and smooth. Maybe if it had a different style name it would get better ratings. Maybe OK-PA? And I give it a bonus point for them trying to make good beer in a state that hates alcohol so much. This beer has twice as much alcohol than the stuff they can sell at the supermarket in OK. Bravo, brave men.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle; almost ruby red in color, but a bit more auburn. Aroma of fruit, earth and barley. Flavor had some spice and almost rye like qualities. A bit of a one note, but not bad

A decent ipa. Not really citruscy but nicely hoppy. Easy to drink and pours a cloudy orange. Had this one at tap Werks.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours from the bottle a hazy orange with a light, off-white head. Moderate lacing. Smells of hops and citrus. Hops, malt and pine with a bit of a bitter finish. Nice mouth. This is well-balance and not as hoppy as a lot of IPAs. I like it a lot, and perfect for those times I just want a nice beer. Between Marshall, Prairie Artisan, Coop and others, I’m impressed with a lot of the beers Oklahoma breweries are putting out.
