12 oz single purchased while in the Tulsa area. This pours a murky yellow color with a fizzy short-lived head. I must say, not the most attractive looking brew. The aroma has a mix of wheat, lemon, and herbs. Refreshing and light going down with flavors mirroring the aroma; a lemon zing with a soft herbal character and wheat. It is limited and a bit thin but it’s a decent warm weather session beer.

Another average wheat ale - earthy aroma, typical lemon flavor profile, and a bit of spice at the end (coriander/orange) to give it slightly something extra. Okay.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with white head. Wheat, lemon, straw, yeast aromas. Lemon, spicy, wheat flavors. A lot of spice, I didn’t think it melded right with the wheat style.

On tap at the Flying Saucer in Little Rock, AR. Pours a lightly hazed, straw yellow-orange colored body with a thin, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is grainy and crackery wheats with a touch of sweetness and a light citrus note. Flavor is simple, but better. Crisp, grainy wheats with a light citrus note. Subtle coriander spice with a touch of orange zest before this finishes clean with a very light hopping. Short aftertaste following a light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, nothing special, but an easy drinking, clean wheat. Not bad.

Aroma is pretty standard for a wheat though nothing really stands out about it. The appearance is cloudy with no head and very minimal lacing. The taste is clean & crisp but I have to admit that this is one of my least favorite styles of beer. It’s medium bodied but no strong presence of any particular flavor. I respect it for what it is but just not my cup of tea.
