Draft. Brown pour with creme head that lingers. Nice hop aroma. Hop flavor with sweet tones, like caramel. Unique flavor combination that I would instinctively avoid but very much enjoyed.

On tap at McKays. Pours a mostly clear gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Sweet malt, light hops, toast and a gentle crispness. There are some buttery notes as well. Medium bodied, lightly sweet. Crisp malt and toast. Easy drinking but not a lot of depth.

On tap @ # tides. A nice brew with an amazinlgy well executed example of dill. The piney hops front bleeds seamlessly into a dill herby finish which lingers and compliments most of the dishes. A cleverly named brew is both easy to drink and quenching although there is not much complexity in the execution.Pine herbs and slight fruit, easy drinkin not much thinkin

On tap at Novare Res. Best beer from Marshall Wharf yet. Ace hole is mind blowing. Pours an innocent looking amber yellow. Thin quickly dissipating head. Aroma is your first hint of what’s to come...there’s a hint of sweetness and fruitiness to the aroma. Then one sip, and BAM this is an IPA made with Sorachi Ace hops. The taste is out of this world. It’s like a hoppy mango slice with awesome dusted on top. Dare I say my new favorite beer from Maine? Simply incredible.
