COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We took a batch of our Ace Hole APA and dosed it up with some Belgian yeast adding a nice peppery spice to the Sorachi Ace and Citra hops. Very limited availability.

AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20

On tap at the brewpub. Aroma was an odd, muddled assortment of yeast and resiny hops. I wanted this to come together but the yeast had heavy bandaid flavors and the hop flavors didn’t amount to much. Still it was pretty clean, light, and drinkable. Entered from my mobile phone
