Cask handpump at The Royal Blenheim, Oxford 22.06.12 Pours reddy/brown with a head that I barley noticed as it had very swiftly departed. Fairly run of the mill fruity bitter, some lingering bitterness but not too much, pretty average really however it is in very good nick. A6 A4 T6 P4 Ov12 3.1

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Clean golden brown with a thin white film. Bready malt aroma with plenty of caramel and maybe a hint of diacetyl. Thankfully there is no butterscotch present in the flavour. A drinkable and balanced bitter with some good bready malt and grassy hoppage. Nice dry bitter finish. Not bad.
