COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - October 2012.
Citra has created a storm with its distinctive appeal since it appeared less than four years ago. With a pungent citrus character, yet balanced with tropical hints of mango and guava, ’exotic fruits leap from the glass’, with their enticing aromas and flavours blitzing the senses.

Cask at the Union, Kingswinford. Pours light gold with a small head. Aroma is guava, passion fruit and melon. Taste has tropical fruit to start and a light citrus and melon finish.

Cask at Birmingham Beer Fest 2012; Clear amber pour, Citrus aroma, Fresh Citra hop taste with a hint of grapefruit, good level carbonation. Didn’t have high expectations for this, but it was a pretty decent beer.

Cask at the Birmingham Beer Festival 2012. Clear amber pour with a broken white head. Typical fruity, spicy Citra aroma. Lovely refreshing spicy bitterness in the flavour with that Citra fruitiness. A really great beer, but very similar to other single hop Citra’s i’ve tasted.
