Cask at the Exeter Arms, Derby. Black with a vivid purple tint when held to the light, and a creamy tan head; plummy fruit aroma; more plums in the mouth, mixed with milky chocolate malts, to give a smooth velvety texture; finish has some dry coffee and lots of milky chocolate. An excellent mild.
