Generally easy drinking and refreshing. First mouthfeel has florally notes and I wondered if it would become sickly for a session. Soon got used to it and very nice for such a low abv bottle. Light and fruity and definitely sessionable at strength. Bit of biscuit in these along with mellow spice. Quite thin, but to be expected at strength. Try it though - you’ll be surprised. Only overall low score as the smell and taste are weak and it drags score down for me. Nice one for a quid a bottle

Bottle from Asda, the majority of which went into a rabbit ragu. The rest is clear gold, with a bubbly, white head. Some sweet malt. Light citrus. Light flora. Taste is a little dry, and a little bitter. Light body. Citrus bitter finish. Not bad.

500 mL bottle. Golden in colour, with very little head. Mild fruity/yeasty aroma. Mild honey malt and fruit up front - fades quickly. Acceptable body for the ABV. Decent session ale; it’s probably better on tap.

Lore (1203) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 29, 2014
clear bright golden colour, moderate sized off-white head;aroma of floral hops, some fruitiness, biscuits and some caramel; taste of moderate hoppy bitterness with malty-biscuity sweetness and some herbal notes; drinkable

Pours clear straw with a thin one finger of white head diminishing rapidly to a thin skim, no lacing. (3/5) Nose is biscuity pale malt, faint stone fruit, grassy hops. (5/10) Taste is moderate sweet, mild bitter. (5/10) Light body, low carbonation, off-dry mild bitter finish. (3/5) Well, if that’s the “Official beer of England”, you have my deepest sympathy. I guess it’s not bad, as such, but it’s little more than fizzy yellow water. Sessionable, sure, but so’s tap water. Fine as a thirst quencher, I guess, or if you’re the DD.(10/20)

This is a light ale , pours yellow straw color with some white foaming, little carbonation, not flat but just not very lively, some floral note, smooth texture, with a slight hop finish, nothing special.

Pale golden pour. The nose is fairly spicy and a little bit fruity with some nice clean malt on the back. A little bit of soft crackery flavour. There is a little bit of soft fruit and a light hoppiness on the back. Pretty light but tasty.

Bottle, shared with TylerDurden. Light/medium golden body, average white head that retains as a thin film. Pleasant pale biscuit malts and an earthy, leafy hop character with low bitterness combine to make a refreshing mild ale. Nothing outstanding here, except to say that I could drink this beer all night-- a great session mild.
