edsspoon (406) - Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2014
Bottle - pours deep ruby red with a sizeable brown bubbly head which soon fades to a ring. Weak lacing. Aroma of vanilla, light roasted malts and some cocoa. Taste of soil, vanilla, cocoa, some sweet malts which is then followed by bitter coffee to finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Fairly average stout.

Butelka 0,5l Piwo czarne, pod światło ładnie opalizujący rubin. Piana stosunkowo obfita, drobnoziarnista, o beżowej barwie, sztywna. W smaku nuty palone, kawowe, posmak słonej wody i czegoś w stronę wspomnianej cebulki. Goryczka niska o palonym charakterze. Bardzo dziwne i niezbyt smaczne.

0,5 l can. Dark brown color, with tiny off white head. Aroma of coffee and chocolate. Sweet taste, lively carbonation at first but it disappears quickly and you get a bit watery feeling. Anyway, good beer, worth of drinking.

Warka 30.04.2015. W odczuciu gladkie, jednak zbyt wytrawne, spodziewalem sie troche wiekszej pelni. Goryczka ledwie wyczuwalna, lekko ziolowa. Wysycenie niskie.

500ml bottle at home 3/8/14. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is burnt although more like a black beer. A little thin. Bitter finish.
