COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - February 2012.
A recently developed hop variety with noble German parentage, combined with Aussie brashness! The result is an intensly fruity character, with strong notes of peach and apricot.

Clear amber. A dry and fruity nose full of pulpy apricot. Sweet and apricotty in the mouth with a perfectly balanced malt backbone. Light in body and bitterness though it has just enough of both. Awesome session beer with a good strong nettley tang

reasonable given it’s from Marstons. I’m sure there are much better examples of Galaxy beers out there. good golden colour with a thick micro bubble head. mild juicy cirtus hop aroma. slight taste of passion fruit and a bittersweet finish.

Cask at the Café Royal, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Clear pale golden colour with small creamy off-white head. Stunning aroma of berry and fruity hops. American (even though it’s Australian) style hops. Very nice hoppy flavour. Some sweetness. Malty body. Balanced. Slightly thin. Hoppiness could be a bit stronger though. Enjoyable.

Cask conditioned at The Kings Arms, Waterloo, London. Amber with white head. Really quite a tasty, hoppy, bitter flavour, sharp but with an apricot fruitiness. Lasting and drying on the palate. It went really well with a terrific Thai meal in the back hall.
