2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Golden colour, huge, persistent head. The aroma is slighlty hoppy and nothing more. The flavour is malty, quite watery and the finish isn't enough hoppy for a decent English Pale ale. Very weak beer.

Gold/amber body and little white head. Hops and flowers aroma. Malty flavor with hops and bitter of course. Watery and very drinkable. A medium beer.

The aroma of this beer reminds me of pee really. It has absolutely nothing to offer, and considering the wonderfull whiskey/amber colour of the beer it is very disappointing. The taste itself is no good either with is resemblance with cheep lager. IIím not going to buy this again.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: FEB 13, 2007 Light amber, bulbous head. Light, sweet, just a bit too íacidicí/sour/bitter (for want of better words!). okay.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: APR 10, 2007 Bottle. Nothing to write home about. Initial aroma hoppy and fresh, quite pleasant. Soda water and muted fruit flavours, nice malt but way back. Pours slightly cloudy gold, small head, fizzy. Medium body, subtle flavour, goes down easily enough without a lot of aftertaste. I can see (on second tasting) what they were trying to do, but its not entirely successful.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Clear gold color, small white head.
Barleyish, grainy malt aroma, very whiskeylike. Some grassy hops.
Dry, grainly malty flavor. Some grassy hops here as well. Very dry, faint, grainy, slightly bitter aftertaste.
Medium carbonation, thinnish body. Different, and in a good way too, but a bit one dimensional, not really very interesting.

Rated 2004-05-08. Light amber, medium head which lowers fast, almost no lace. Flowery, fruity and nutty aroma. Light to medium bodied. Malty, bit dry and bitter flavor with nut.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very clear, light copper in colour with some coarse carbonation. A thin head which falls to only a partial cover on the beer quickly. Lovely full hoppy aroma with a malty undertone. Crisp, hoppy flavour but with a nice full body and some maltiness to balance.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2006 Aroma is probably too strong for the mild flavor. Not a bad beer at all, especially to be refreshed. No head. Lots of bubbles. The word malt in the title and bitter in the category seem mislabeled, as this tastes like a lager (albeit one of the best Iíve had if compared to other lagers).
