The aroma of this beer reminds me of pee really. It has absolutely nothing to offer, and considering the wonderfull whiskey/amber colour of the beer it is very disappointing. The taste itself is no good either with is resemblance with cheep lager. II’m not going to buy this again.

Appearance: Golden, nice amount of head. Aroma: Hops and flowers. Bit of fruit. Taste: Pretty hoppy, bitter. Bitter aftertaste, dries out your mouth. Info: 500ml bottle, 28/2-2007, 152/500

Bottle (500ml) 4.2%. Poured golden orange with an averaged sized, frothy, white head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was of buttery biscuit malts with barnyard hay, grain, some wood chips, caramel, tangerines and just a hint of hops. Flavor was simlar to aroma with a mild hop bitterness (earthy), dry buttery biscuit malts, grain, barnyard hay, some wood chips, tangerines and some mineral notes in the finish. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation, a dry mouthfeel, watery texture and a short finish.

Bottle. Dear oh dear, not much going on here really. Amber colour, small head and not much carbonation. Aroma is malty, caramel. Taste is unpleasant, thin watery. Some caramel at the end. Not great at all.

Bottled. Golden color. Maltaroma with callary salt. malty, salty, flowery flavor with a hint of citrus. Thin, but tasty. Some fishyness in the aftertaste, but actually a quite nice beer.
