Dust and hay in the nose with a little vegetable. Thin watery body. Sharp broad cutting dandelion bitter that lingers in the sides of the mouth. Like a non-alcoholic brew.

Ungstrup (24024) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - JUN 7, 2004
A hazy yellow beer with a beutiful head. The flavor is simple: sweet malty. The flavor is sour, as if brewing cereal has been used, but also malt sweet with notes of metal and straw. I’m not having this again - a bad pils.

This has a pale colour like most beers of this style and a good creamy head. There is something that sets this apart though, and that is the presence of real aroma, a good tettnang or styrian floral character. The note of bitterness is well balanced with the mallt making this one a reasonable beer in the context of the ones I have had recently.

OlJuntan64 (1266) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 8, 2002
Pale golds clear with small moderately long lasting white head. Aromas include faint hops, musty cupboards, and pencil sharpening shavings. Medium to light body. Moderate bitter pils and some softer corn, bread and malt flavours followed by short dry finish going to sweetish aftertaste.
