Clear golden colour with a frothy white head. Aromas of straw, grains and hay with faint floral notes develops. Bit lively, medium thin texture, light bodied, offering a light grainy sweetness with a hint of hop-bitterness in the background, not enough for my liking and the style. Short-medium finish.

500 mL can. Nice looking beer; darkish gold with a nice, rocky, white head. The aroma isfairly typical for a cheap pilsner, and not particularly appealing. The flavour is a tad on the sweet side. Meh.

Pours a clear golden topped by a finger or so of fizzy off-white head showing moderate retention and leaving nice lacing. The nose is grainy, doughy and fruity with apples and pears. Some sweetness too. The taste starts with a sweet and fruity malty attack with apples and some white bread. The mild hops come along with a faint grassy element pushing the fresh malts down the palate through a very mellow finish. As far as the style goes, this brew pretty much nails it. Sure it feels aqueous and it’s not complex but in the end, I would have one of these on a hot summer day while the coals heat up for dinner. Cheers!

Can. Pours a crystal clear light amber color with a smallish white head on there. Nose has stale corn and grains and seems like it’s going bad. Taste isn’t much better, as it’s a bit cloyingly sweet and almost sticky. Not a good one.

Real doughy nose, with some golden apple on it as well. Bready. Crisp, with a little soapiness present. The sweetness that is characteristic of pilseners from this area is present. Nice clean sessionable. Not one of my favorite styles, but quite enjoyable.

Richmond 21st. Clear yellow, slight head. Aroma was skunky, from a can???, light honey malts, faint floral hops. Flavor matches, sweeter than expected. So-so.
