500ml can. Pale yellow body, small white head. Aroma of grains, wet cardboard, cooked vegetable, herbs, a tad metallic. Tastes a little better and drier: grains, some grassy hops, mineral tones. I definitely had worse than this one.

Pours yellow with a pretty one finger cap. And thatís about as good as it gets. Flavour is typical easy rock smooth jazz euro watery corn flavoured beer. The finish is brutal, leaving a taste that falls somewhere between old pennies & blood in mouth. Crap. If you have one in your fridge, save it for your lazy ass brother in law on his next visit.

A golden lager with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, grainy malt with light German hops, light sulfur. In mouth, a boring grainy malt with soapy qualities, faint corn and hops, so-so.

Colour is a rich gold with a rocky white head. Actually kind of nice looking. No lace though - foam slides like soap. Aroma is a little grainy. Taste is metallic with a strange emptiness. Not good.

Fooled again! I knew from beer swilling in the UK that Martenís was synonymous with cheap in Belgium. On the discount rack - the green can made me believe it was the real pils (apparently not that good anyway) and not the low end lager. In fact it is neither...instead I have some íimporter orderí before me now. Itís typical yellow and has overly dramatic foam head. The smell is straw, hay, and sugar. It is really sweet, like the sweetness of a coffee stout but with everything else taken out. Not much for hops. Still more like a German pils than a conventional lager...but a bad one.

Can from Total wine Sterling. Smells like what I would imagine the Outkast planet of Stankonia to smell like. Itísgrassy funk. doesnít taste like much on the tongue. has a weird kind of aftertaste. Ugh!

In abv this is not the same as others listen on this site. 500ml can. Rare gusher can. Not really sure why. It pours a standard gold with a bright industrial lager looking white head that leaves typical lacing. The smell is grainy with some orange. For an EPL it isnít the worst. But where not talking a world-class pilsener here. The flavor is not the greatest. Very watery. There is a light pinch of noble hops with some orange and a faint bit of bitterness in the finish. Not super sure why this stuff gets imported other than it is a cheap beer.

Can: pours a gold color with a big frothy head. Aromas are of sweet sugar and grasses. It tastes like a cheap, sweet lager. Fake tasting is the best way I can describe it.
