Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Small fizzy beige head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Dark mahogany color. Aroma of light roasted malty, grain, caramel. Over the palate came heavy sweet brown sugar, butter, fruit. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour. Somewhat metallic sweet sugary finish.

25cl bottle. Colour is so dark brown that it is seemes more like black with medium, tan head. aroma is caramel, malts, kvas like. The taste is extremely sweet kvas.

25cl bottle @ home when having dinner. Clear ruby red color, small off-white to beige head. Smell malts, sweet. Taste malts, sweetness and (Dutch) ’stroop’. Low carbo, low body. Nice to have with dinner, obviously that’s what it’s intended for.

0,25 cl fles. Kinderbier of mait bier wordt dit genoemd . Het is wel erg zoet.

Bottled. Very dark brownish amber colour. Aroma is very sweet malty and caramel. Flavour is very sweet. Better for drinking than cola, refreshing.

A low-alcoholic stout that goes wrong because of something with the carbonisation. It became unenjoyable because of that.

Alc. 1.35%. Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, caramel sugar, light brown sugar. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic and metalic sweet. [20090701]

Bottle: Deep amber coloured, no head to speak of; sweet caramel with a tinge of roasted barley in the aroma; sweet flavour, light bodied; short empty sweet finish with a well hidden fruitiness. MOre a german Malzbier than a Belgian Ale.......

Bottle, 1.35%. Bready aroma, quite weak and not very sweet. Clear dark brown colour, small tan head. The flavour is quite sweet, though. OK brown sugar flavour, some bread. The finish is quite dry, a lot like artificial sweetener.

Dark brown with large beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with rye bread, roasted malt, caramel and chocolate notes. Finished sweet.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits and a bit of roasted malt. The flavor is extremely sweet and very artificial and some caramel. Too artificial.
