3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Martha’s. Pours a hazy deep yellow with a 1/2" white head. Herbil, spicy aroma with a hint of funk. Flavor is sweet, but with mild spice and a modest hop bitterness. Again, a bit of funkiness. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Nice brew.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the source,
Comes to the table a slightly hazy yellow color with a smallish off white head that shows moderate retention and lace. Smells a bit spicy with bready, grainy, and sweet pilsner malt with an earthy hop feel. Flavor is sweet and malty up front with hints of bready and honey. A lemony citrusy flavor comes next and is followed by some earthy, peppery and spicy flavors. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet watery mouthfeel. Decent Belgian style ale, I quite enjoyed it. I think this is a collaborative brew, but I can’t find anything to back that up.
