COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We gave our award winning Lackey’s Brown Ale the wild fermentation treatment and aged it for about 8 months, then bottle conditioned it to its current funky fantastic state. Enjoy it while it lasts for it may ever appear again.

Brown unlabeled Bottle at the Brewery. Brown Pour with a light beige head. Aroma is Super sour vinegar and lacto notes with some subdued barnyard and sweet maltiness. Flavor is Intensely sour, One of the The Sourest beers Ive ever had. Bracing. Brown sugar sour malty like sweetness at the finish. Holy Crap Sour. Very one dimensional, but palate jarring. I’m not sure what to think, but it grew on me the more I drank it. Cool
