On tap at the brewpub. Served in a pint glass. Pours a dark reddish brown with a fingers worth of loose off white head. A lot of roastiness in the aroma, along with some spices and hops. A fair amount of bitterness in the flavor, along with some yeast and spice. Moderate in body with a bitter finish.

on tap-pours a tight foamy head with trailing lace and brown with some red color. Aroma is resin, roasty. Taste is resin hops bite, roasty-medium malt, some wood/peat, secondary spice hops. Hint of clove/banana at finish. Drying.
